RATES AND PRICES

Our prices on our website are per person and do not include any tips or aids given to drivers or other tour personnel during the tour activity.

PAYMENT MODE

TOUR CONFIRMATION

When you make a reservation with us, our tour staff will send you a confirmation e-mail, text sms or WhatsApp. Please carefully read the terms and conditions that have been provided to you, as our staff will recommend the best package based on the weather.

CANCELLETION POLICY

If the tour is cancelled or modified within 12 hours of the visit date, there will be no cancellation charges. • If the tour or services are cancelled, modified, or revised after 12 hours before the tour date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. •

If a refund is available, the money will be returned to the original method of payment.

PROCEDURES FOR CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel all or part of your reservation, send a cancellation notice to (Adventure Planet Tourism L.L.C). After accepting your requests, our representative will notify you via email or phone of the confirmation of reserving cancellation and notify you if a charge is applicable depending on the conditions or policy.

Refund Procedure

• If the tour is cancelled within one day of its time of departure, a full refund will be issued. If a refund is available, the funds will be returned to the original payment method.

• If you are eligible for a refund, it will be credited to your account within 7 business days.

• On-the-spot cancellations will not be refunded.
• If you miss the trip date and time, there will be no refund.

CHANGES IN TOUR CHARGES AND EXPENSES

Prices for our website may change at any time. This increase or decrease will only occur if fuel prices, labor prices, food prices, or transportation rates are affected economically.

ALTERATIONS TO THE ITINERARY

No corrective maintenance would be possible in the case of a natural disaster, such as a flood or earthquake, or a Heavy Sand Storm. Time Tourism LLC reserves the right to make relatively minor changes/adjustments to the schedule as required, with no refunds attached.
